In 2004 Ralph Eckert won his title at the official world championship in trick shots near Los Angeles. It tells his personal “Karate Kid” story that he experienced in the world of pool. The story starts by reflecting on pieces of wisdom from Mr. Kim that he used to challenge his apprentice during his formative years.
